Catherine Joa

Catherine Joa is a visual artist, high school art teacher and mother. She graduated from University of Manitoba with a BFA and from College of the North (The Pas, Manitoba) with a BEd. Catharine has participated in numerous artist retreats and mentorship programs and is a Secondary Arts Teacher at Creighton Community School.

Determined to spend the better part of her life close to nature, Catharine's work is a constant exploration of our relationship to the land. She resides in Denare Beach, Saskatchewan.
